Software & hardware strength
The company deeply integrates ERP and MES production management system to achieve comprehensive information and digital management of production process. Optimize inventory operation through scanning technology, significantly improve work efficiency and information accuracy. The injection molding workshop introduces a mechanical arm to automatically handle materials, integrates automatic feed and color master filling system, ensures that each injection molding machine accurately controls materials, and promotes the production automation process. The foaming workshop is upgraded to robot automatic feeding to strengthen the consistency of product quality. Leather and printing workshops use automatic leather lifting and printing equipment to reduce manpower dependence, and accurately control printing position and color to reduce color difference. Some processes of the assembly workshop realize the integration of robot wrapping, nailing and laser marking, further improving the level of intelligent production.
